Tracy was once known as "The Regulator" of the underworld. His story is one of the most powerful testimonies you’ll ever hear. He grew up in chaos, abandoned by his mother, abused by his father, exposed to witchcraft, and lost in the darkness of addiction and crime. By the time he was a teenager, Tracy was a violent drug dealer with 37 juvenile arrests, escapes from jail, and a reputation as a ruthless enforcer. He ran from God, claimed to be God, and ended up in maximum security prison.
But Jesus met him there in a radical and supernatural way. He issued Tracy a challenge that could've gotten him killed. Tracy obeyed, and what followed is a series of miracles.
