We have the "mind of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:16). We should be "the head and not the tail ... always above and never below ... lending to nations and never borrowing!" (Deuteronomy 28:1-14). With this in mind, and many, many more passages like this - we should be leading the way - and not turning to the world for our education.
